Our dedicated staff consists of the following individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors:
Executive Director and Deputy Director: These staff members are responsible for the supervision of other staff and the daily operation and administration of the agency.
Accounting and Human Resources Staff: These staff members handle our agency budget, billing statements, and other matters related to our financial systems. All employment and personnel matters are handled by this department.
Administration: Our Administration Assistant and Clerical Administrative Support Volunteers help to make certain that calls are directed properly and other clerical matters are handled promptly.
Case Managers: Our Case Managers will come to your home to thoroughly discuss your needs and help the client arrange the best service possible. At times, other community resources may be suggested to supplement your home care service. The Case Manager will conduct face to face interactions and reassessments, but is also available by phone. If ever there is a question or concern about your service, the Case Manager is the point of contact!
