Pricing Information:

Rental Fee: $450.00 for eight (8) hours (see Facility Facts)

Application Fee: $15.00 non refundable

Total Amount: $465.00

Deposit: $240.00 (due at time Application is completed), remainder of balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event

Rental Payments:

Request for rental must be made at least (14) business days in advance and full payment is required two (2) weeks prior to the event.

The lessee is responsible for the conduct of all guests and safety of the building during rental hours.  This includes cost for loss and damage to the building and its contents.  Any accidents that occur on the premise will be the sole responsibility of the lessee, unless cause of accident is due to gross negligence of agent.

The main entrance, restrooms, multipurpose dining room area, patio/memorial gardens and kitchen areas of each facility are accessible to lessee/agents.  All other areas are off limits.
